1)The standard font size for typing purpose is :Times New Roman 12 pt.

2) The standard paper size is US letter size ( 8.5" x11").

3) Minimum Charge we ask to take assignment is Equvalent to 3 letter size pages

4) We return the complete job on a CD or print out

5) If the customer want the written material on Flash- memory- card we have to charge the cost of the flash card.

6) When we take the assignment we ask 25% of the total charge as down payment

7) We convert the files to pdf if asked by customer.

8) If asked we do special layout of the written material and make it "book print or publish ready"
